If you would like to exchange a purchase made from lucillagray.com approval must be gained by our Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your order, further to this your item must be returned to our web store within 14 days.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, if the size isn't right we can happily exchange this for you.
Costs incurred for the return shipping of the purchase to the Lucilla Gray headoffice, is the responsibility of the customer unless the garment is faulty or incorrect.
All items will be checked to make sure they have been unused, unwashed and unaltered with all tags present. Once the garment has been looked over a replacement will be dispatched at the cost of Lucilla Gray. An email will be sent with relevant tracking information. In the event of a refund, we will contact you to discuss how this will be transferred.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the merchandise does not reach our standards.
Exchanges can only be made via the online store and not at any other retailer that stocks Lucilla Gray.
We accept back only faulty garments purchased through lucillagray.com
If an item is faulty or incorrect it can be exchanged or returned for a refund of the purchasing price.
If you have received an item that you believe to be faulty please contact our Customer Care within 48 hours of the item arriving.
We dont replace garments that have been damaged to wear and tear.

Any refunds processed to an international credit card will be done using the exchange rate on the day the refund is processed. lucillagray.com takes no responsibility for any difference between the refund rate and the rate that the initial purchase was processed at.
